Irritable Bowel Syndrome
IBS stands for irritable bowel syndrome. It’s an issue with the intestines, causing diarrhea, constipation, bloating, pain or all of the above, sometimes alternating between some of those.
IBS tends to make stomachs sensitive and digestion becomes all over the place, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, until it just stops working well.
It often becomes chronic so it’s much better to take care of it early as long lasting digestive issues becomes progressively harder to get rid of. It can go from annoying to debilitating and is one of the most gastrointestinal issues in Canada.
It can resolves by itself and recurs with very little reasons. When it does not resolve, it can significantly decrease a person’s quality of life.

The GI system is very sensitive to adrenaline, the stress hormone, release when one is excited, anxious or fearful

IBS treatment
There is no cure in Western medicine for IBS. They sometimes can use drugs to help get rid of inflammation, helping lessen the pain while doing very little else. Probiotic can be helpful, and of course avoiding the worst food helps
In Chinese Medicine we can make things better naturally and for a long period of time or forever. A simple cure, even if it can take time
